As Trust Manager, Randy works with our high net worth individuals and corporate clients in the areas of investment management, estate planning, and trust administration.  Randy has worked with clients for over 26 years helping them meet their financial goals.  Randy worked as a Certified Public Accountant for Ernst & Young before joining Isabella Bank in 1993.

Randy earned his Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University. Randy is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor, and Certified Public Accountant.

He is past chair and current member of the Michigan Bankers Association Trust Management Group and Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council.  Randy is a Mt. Pleasant Rotarian, St. Mary’s Finance Committee member and Mt Pleasant Community Foundation Development Committee member.  

Michelle L. Mease, CTFA

Vice President

Michelle has a key role in the leadership of our wealth management services. Michelle has helped clients coordinate their financial needs for over 25 years. Michelle is responsible for the management of investment accounts, estates, and trusts. In addition, she oversees the trust operations and is responsible for business development.

Michelle started with Isabella Bank in 1994. She started her investment career as a Financial Advisor, holding the Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses. She transitioned to Trust Services in 2000. Michelle earned her Bachelors of Science from Central Michigan University in Personal Financial Planning. She is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.

Michelle is a member of the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council.

JoAnna Keenan

Trust Officer
Vice President

JoAnna focuses on building client relationships while coordinating their financial and estate planning needs.  In addition, JoAnna is responsible for business development in the Great Lakes Bay Area.

JoAnna joined Isabella Bank in 2020.  She has 28 years of banking experience with 22 years of trust experience working with investment management services, trust administration, and estate administration.  JoAnna earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Ferris State University.  She has completed Cannon Trust School I, II, and III. 

She is a member of the McLaren Bay Medical Foundation Board of Trustees and the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council.

Tricia Watson, AFIM, CFS

Trust Advisor

Tricia focuses on client relationships, coordinating their financial needs along with their estate planning needs. In addition, Tricia is responsible for business development in the Great Lakes Bay Area. Tricia plays a key role in the development of our investment strategies.

Tricia joined Isabella Bank in 2018, bringing over 25 years of trust and investment management experience. Tricia earned her Associates in Accounting from Mott Community College and her Bachelor of Business in Administration from Northwood University. She is an Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager (AFIM) and a Certified Fund Specialist (CFS). She has completed Cannon Trust School I and Cannon Trust School II.

Tricia is a member of the Northeastern Michigan Estate Planning Council.

Rachelle Coffland, CTFA

Trust Advisor

Rachelle focuses on estate and trust administration. In addition, she works with clients and manages investment management accounts.

Rachelle started in the banking industry in 1991. Rachelle worked as a Personal Banker at M&I Bank in Wisconsin for five years before joining Isabella Bank in 2000. She earned her Associates from Delta College in Legal Studies and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Baker College. Rachelle is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. 

She is a member of the Mt. Pleasant Kiwanis Club and an active volunteer for Mt. Pleasant Sports Boosters.  

Misty Condon

Trust Specialist

Misty works closely with clients, assisting with administering trusts, estates, and investment management accounts. She has experience in special needs administration — working with clients throughout the state.

She completed Cannon Trust School I, II, and III.  Misty has been in banking since 2001. She worked as the Assistant to the Compliance Officer at FirstBank then moved to Huntington Bank (formerly Citizens Bank) to join the trust department. She joined Isabella Bank in 2014, bringing 15 years of trust experience.

Misty is past Secretary for the Gratiot County Relay for Life.

Deb Wentworth

Trust Specialist

Deb works closely with clients, assisting with administering trusts, estates, and investment management accounts. She has experience in special needs administration working with clients throughout the state.

Deb earned her Bachelors of Science in Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University. In addition, she earned her Masters of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. She has completed Cannon Trust School I, II, and III.  Deb joined Isabella Bank in 2010. 

She is an active volunteer for the Sacred Heart Athletic Association.

Hali Williams

Trust Operations Specialist

Hali works diligently in trust operations and administration. She is responsible for the recordkeeping of accounts, posting transactions, settlement of trades, and processing distributions. Hali is also responsible for setting up new accounts and transferring assets.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Community Development from Central Michigan University. Hali joined Isabella Bank in 2015.

Hali is a varsity volleyball coach for Chippewa Hills High School. 

William Scheese

Administrative Assistant

Will provides administrative support to the wealth services team by completing special projects, account documentation, and account management.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Masters in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Will completed Cannon Trust School I. Will joined Isabella Bank in 2017.

Mark DeNoyelles*

Vice President — Program Manager, RJFS

Mark oversees all functions of our wealth management services, including business development and strategic planning.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Central Michigan University. He has Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation, insurance certification, and insurance licensing — including Michigan Property Casualty Life and Health insurance licensing. Mark previously owned The DeNoyelles Agency, Inc., an Allstate Insurance agency in Mt. Pleasant, for over 30 years before joining Isabella Bank in 2011.

He is a former member of the Mt. Pleasant Optimist Club and former Junior Achievement Consultant. Mark was previously the Sacred Heart Girls’ Basketball coach for 10 years and the assistant coach for six years.

Anthony Yuncker*

Financial Advisor

Anthony focuses on investment, insurance, retirement, and financial planning. Anthony has been helping clients achieve their financial goals since 2011. 

Anthony worked at AIG Retirement Services before joining Isabella Bank in 2019. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Central Michigan University. He holds his Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. In addition, Anthony holds the Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Len Desormeau*

Administrative Assistant

Len provides administrative support to the wealth services team by completing account documentation and account management. His primary role is to assist with the brokerage function. In addition, Len is responsible for client communication and coordinating events.

He started his banking career at Central Savings Bank in the consumer loan and credit department, along with the finance department. He has six years of office administration experience and eight years of customer service experience. Len earned his Associates in Small Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Management from Lake Superior State University. He joined Isabella Bank in 2019.
